well, its official, RHD japan is the ONLY sight i will EVER buy jdm stuff from...

first purchase was a cusco tension rod bar off of ebay, i had never heard of them, and didnt really read, so i bought the surface shipping package.

i emailed them the next day after finding out that surface will take like 4-6 weeks and they bumped me up to express shipping FOR FREE.

i had ordered a few parts at the same time, and my purchase from RHD japan arrived before my o-rings from pro street AND my rotors from brakepros. thats just insane!!

second experience, purchased a cusco oil catch can, sent an email asking about stickers, the owner of RHD japan threw in a couple for free and shipped it express again..

made order on a tuesday night, received it saturday morning.. from japan... thats just INSANE!!

just want to say +1 for one of the BEST online stores around, not to mention awesome prices and GUARANTEED authentic parts!!

i am in no way affiliated with RHD japan, just a very satisfied customer

I bought cusco RUCA's from them. I got them in a fair amount of time at a fair price after getting the run around at 'intense motorsports' after they took my money. So A+ for RHD japan.

I work right by the airport, so if they send something via EMS, I get it in 3 business days. It's crazy fast. First, I thought I got lucky, but it was like that all the time.

One bad thing is... to buy OEM parts, YOU must provide them part numbers. I sent them pictures and everything, but they still said they can't buy them without part numbers. Anyone knows how stuff works over there to buy OEM parts? I think you are better off with West Covina or Courtesy for JDM OEM parts.

I have not exactly had a good dealing with them.

About a year and a half ago I purchased a Z32 maf which was advertised to include the connector pigtail. The pictures also showed it included the air-filter adapter. I specifically purchased it from them because it included both of those items. What I relieved was just the maf and the adapter.

When I contacted them about the missing connector, they claimed that if I sent them back the adapter then they would send me the connector. I told them no, you verbally and photographically advertised the maf, connector, and adapter (respectively), with no disclaimer as to the photo not being representative of the items I were to receive. They refused to send me the connector so I left them bad feedback on account of the false advertising. Just be careful what you buy from them, not everything you think may be included.

So far my experience has not been great. I made a large purchase, and initially they were very helpful. But as soon as the order began to have problems their customer service became very poor.First, I removed items from the order and was given a credit that was $40 less than expected. When I asked about the difference, they never responded.Second, it has been two weeks and I have not received a response to two problems:1. Hardware and instructions missing from several of the kits2. A part that they misinformed me about (it might not fit my car). This part happens to cost nearly $1000.On their site in the FAQ section they guarantee a response within 16 hours here is the quote:

"You can reach us via phone, fax and e-mail. This information is on our contact us page. You can google map our office as well if you would like. We are completely transparent, here we are please contact us if you would like. Responses are guaranteed within 16 hours. "

I would never do business with this company again except that they have parts that I have not been able to find anywhere else.

Very VERY good experiences with RHDJapan.

Always get my items very quickly, usually receive a free sticker or something with my order.
