Hi , I live in Ontario, Canada, and in my neck of the woods, rhd tt's are going dirt cheap because all of the insurance Companies have dropped rhd policies... Currently the only company that will insure rhd cars is facility, and they are $300+ per month!! Hagerty, lant, silver wheel won't insure them anymore, and I have and offer to buy a 1990 tt with body kit, no rust, 150psi across all cylinders(does this seem right??), new clutch, paint is good, no mechanical problems whatsoever, no rust, and only 125k km on it.. For $3500

Need to find insurance!!!!

Try a broker seriously... I had a very uncommon situation and my broker managed to sell aviva on it, so I have a policy covering 3 cars, one is pre-87, I don't own a house and had 2 speeding tickets, not what insurance companies like to hear haha

Aviva...I'm insured with them already ha ha.. They told me their underwriter has a policy against rhd, and have turned me down.. I've been with Aviva for 3 years now!

I've tried 4 brokers.. They all sing the same song - facility facility facility...

i live in Calgary, you're hooped. I can only get PLPD in calgary, no fire, no theft, no collision, zero, just bare insurance to drive on the road is allowed. I know Saskatchewan still gives full coverage for RHD vehicles, but i believe they're the only one.

i called brokers, agents, even state farm in the USA, nobody will touch RHD because too many have been written off already due to lack of repair parts
