So I've been noticing more and more converted cars on the forums. So curiousity got the best of me and so I started this thread. Please post pics of your conversion and when you completed it... I'll start off

Phx, AZ RB20DET

I elected to have no a/c or heat. RHD conversion was completed 2-21-04

Is there any particular advantage to this? Or is it just to be super JDM?

Wow, nice stuff man. Usually I'm not a fan of doing stuff just to be JDM, but to convert a car to RHD, that had to take alot of time and money. Did you do it yourself or pay somebody to do it? Shifting with the left hand though, I don't think I could do it. And as far as the RB20 is concerned, I've thought about using one of them. Can we get some estimated prices and numbers?

My boss and I did it. I work for a local performance shop, and for that reason alone, I can not divulge how we did it only for the fact that we can be sued over something like that. If it was just me myself and I that did it, I'd tell you all day long. Perhaps some of the other members that have done it can chime in here...

Here's another one that we did with A/C and heat....

As I understand it touching the firewall is a nono as far as the government is concerned but who cares about that? I am going to hit the junkyards when I visit the states next time and cut the firewall out of a U.S.-spec RX7 to convert my FC to LHD.

I'm slowing saving up to start completely over again, but instead of just getting a CA this time, I'm gonna get the whole CA front clip - easy RHD. cut my car in half/weld on s13 front (not that simple, but just making it short). Hopefully will be done by the end of summer.

This isn't my car, but its a RHD converted 240.

What color was the R33? I wonder if I've seen it around. I know there is a midnight purple R33 and a moroon R33 around town that I've seen.
