RHD 1992 S13 Hatch with mods or stock 1995 Zenki SE, which one?

Right now I own a RHD S13 base model with a cage, wide body, suspension parts, CF hatch, and much more. I also have a 2003 350Z VQ and supercharger to swap in. The problem is that I have a chance to buy a stock 1995 S14 SE to start a brand new project and I have a buyer for my S13 lined up. What am I torn between is, do I want a custom RHD caged S13 that is a solid steet/track car, but a pain in the butt for a daily since I have to check the weather and fill it with 110. Or do I want to start a new project with a new clean chassis and go for a more sleeper look. The buyer of my S13 will also be buying the S14 engine set to drop in, so I will have about $1200 left over after all the sales are completed for new suspension and minor body work. So I am stuck in a hard spot right now, I would prefer to have both, but my wife said only one.

What would you guys do in my situation?

sounds like you have a lot in the s13, i guess its really whether you want to look at pictures in a month and say, wow that was mine. idk
