RF WINDOW ISSUES

My central controls work except for the right front door. The door will not unlock or lock, nor can I control the passenger window through the central controls. The window will work by using the passenger controls even without the key in the ignition,it will go up and down . I have been told it may be the power window amplifier... but I hesitate to replace if this is not the issue. Any suggestions.

I'm betting your problem is the same as mine was. The good news is it's fixable and not terribly expensive.

Thank you it is always helpful to hear from others who have had a similar experience. I read the thread and it is helpful sounds like it is not a bad idea to replace the amplifier, check the ground and check for power. I will post my results

Joe doesnt have them on the site, ubt I was thinking they werent that expensive new, youll want to call him. Im reasonably sure in the parts book theyre called the POWER WINDOW AMPLIFIER.
