ReWiring a 1995 ECU to my 1997. 02 sensor?

Im swapping a tuned 95' Ecu into my 97' by following the JimWolf Tech article

I have 4 questions...

How to a attach the wires to the empty sockets? There are no metal contract clips?

How do i remove the wires from the harness without cutting them?

Is it essential to replace my Rear o2 sensor to the early 3 wired clip like it states in the article? What happens if i dont, but still relocate the wire?
