PDM Racing (http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/power.html) is claiming that they have removed the 5k RPM buzz that is common among these shifters. I was wondering if anyone has tried out this latest revision and would care to comment on it.

Also, does anyone have a guess at how much shipping would be to Texas? They are based in Canada somewhere.

Thanks.

I ordered mine from there....good place to deal with. It still buzzes, but nothing that you can't deal with. If you want the close throw, you have to make sacrifices and the buzzing is one you make. Any time you made your car, you have to make sacrifecs for performance. So ask yourself....is the reduced throw worth the buzzing(which isn't bad at all)??

Does it buzz constantly or only at high (5k) rpm?

I'd like to know if the shiftingis more difficult when you install it... If it becomes like a ferrari gated shifter, ill have to pass. Great responce, but not user friendly.
