Reverse Lights

Alright guys so I bought my car about a year ago and the reverse lights never worked and never really knew why, the bulbs were new and still never worked. So I put it off. I don’t know how I never noticed my car was manual swapped! Where could I start to get my reverse lights working? I have absolutely no clue were to start as I have read auto cars have different wiring for reverse lights. Thank you for your help!

I'm actually going through a auto to manual swap right now, I can;t tell you exactly because I basically left this for last and was going to finish wiring once the car is running, in short; you can use the wiring already in the car but you'll have to de-pin/re-pin 2 or 3 connectors, you basically end you using the wire designated for the interlock in the 8-pin (again IIRC) connector on the PS wheel well mounted behind the PS headlight to get the reverse signal to and from the trans and then using the in-place reverse light power from the same plug (again IIRC) to get the 12V to the lights.
