reverse light help

i was wondering if someone could give me a hand here. i recently changed out one of my rear light panels, and when i did this i had to disconnect the center panel with the reverse lights. after putting it all back together, my reverse lights dont go on anymore, except for one side will flicker intermintently when stating to reverse. ive checked, and they are connected and im sure theres a simple solustion. any help would be great. thanks

Might want to check the connectors themselves for corrosion. If it's not that, then you might have to break out the multimeter and check voltages/continuity.
