reverse camera on MURANO compatible with infiniti G37?

i have a totalled nissan murano in the garage...was wondering if i can use the reverse camera on my infiniti...would appreciate the feedback...haha anyone need parts? holla

wou will have to run the whole wiring harness, the wiring is built into the body harness, and you will have to probably use the murano display system. Im thinking probably not, but with enough knowhow you MIGHT be able to pull it off.
