Ok ive been searching for a good hour now and im just more confused than I was when I started. Did the m35 ever come with the revup engine or just the DE and HR. Also, would my 2007 infiniti m35 Base rwd come with the Standard DE or the REVUP?

Hello.

The M35 only came with the DE and the HR.
The HR was offered from 2009.

I believe the easiest way to tell at a glance when looking at a car online is to see the HP rating. I believe the revup gets listed as 298hp while the non-revup is listed as 280 in our cars.
If you actually are at a vehicle in person and looking at the engine and want to tell it is quite easy as well. Look at the front of the engine by the cams, If the timing cover on the front of the engine has a spot raised out for only a single variable timing cam it is non-revup, if there is two raised circle areas right next to each other for both cams then it is a revup model.

Ok, i was fairly sure mine had the Non-revUp, as Im pretty sre the rule for the g35 and 350z is the 5-speed autos never got them but the 6MT did.
