Just finished everything with my s14 sr into s13 swap. Everything is great, but I noticed today that after I hit boost in 1st gear, the rev's climbed to damn near 8k. I'm wondering if this is an indication that I for some reason have no rev limiter? I am using my kade gauge cluster and my speedo is not working because can't figure out the wiring yet. Are the RPM's just off? Anyone else have this problem or wonder about it?

SOHC Tachs will not work properly with the SR you need either the DOHC Tach or the SR Tach.

Make sure the white plug is wired correctly (the one that comes off the ECU harness)

I know this, and I do not have an SOHC tach and my problem isn't the tach reading, its the rev limiter. Thanks for the input though.
