I've learned to just deal with it. I've got bigger tires so now I can do 150mph instead of 135mph. If you plan on going stand alone or tuned ecu just deal with it then, otherwise do one of the things the other suggested. But to spend 200 on a rev-speed meter just to tain 20mph of top speed seems like a waste.
