I was quoted 800ish for front seats, rear seats, glove box, and door panels for my S13. Everything leather. I don't know if that helps, but I just wanted to throw that out there. :P

S14 seats are a nice upgrade over S13 seats but not comfortable enough to justify re-upholstering them.

I like my OEM seats. I had the cloth ones redone in leather and suede. Just do a search for leather seats and you will find a couple of big name companies that sell replacement seat covers. You can install them yourself but you need hog ring pliers and a lot of patience.

only my fronts need to have the leather redone, i thought about buying some covers and doing it myself, but i'm afraid that the finish on the new leather won't match the factory finish that will remain in the rear.

It's not that bad. Lay them out in the sun for a while prior to installing them. Take your time and make sure the covers are on properly and crimp the hog rings on. For me it's not that big of a deal but I'm pretty handy. It really depends on your technical skills. If you can't get them on you can always have an upholstery shop install them.
