Definitely get your timing to where it belongs. There is a huge difference between 10 and 15 degrees. I have mine at ~17, but I'm still running the T25. The ECU is really good about taking timing out of the motor if it senses knock. I was running around at 22 degrees advanced for a few days. Then I noticed under WOT, the ECU started backing the timing off. That's when I set it to 17, and it's been good ever sense. Obviously don't advance your timing TOO far, yet at the same time, don't be scared to bump it up a few degrees. Just be careful with the first couple WOT pulls... ease into the throttle as opposed to burying it.
Does your car idle at 1300 after it warms up? That's a bit high. When was the last time you adjusted the CAS and checked the TPS voltage?
