I am really seeking out a set of 16x8(.5) wheels in 4 lug that will fill a set of bolt on fender flares (think old school...kinda like Hachi flares...nothing like a widebody kit) What would be the best offset to get to put the edge of the wheel about 1"-2" outside the fender. What size spacer might I need if I can't find the right wheel? Thanks guys!

This is very simple. a relatively flush fitting wheel, learn it's offset and width.

measure where the new flare will fit with respect to the OEM fender (the one the wheel sits flush with)

this distance(new fender edge compared to old fender edge) is how much change in offset you'll need.(or if you make no change in offset, this distance will be how much spacer to use)

Maybe 8.5, -10 for 20mm flares and wider width for 50mm flares? 8.5 -10 will look similar to 9" +0 and 10", +10.
