retaining heat and/or ac

whats up gang, im new to nico and im having a little trouble finding the answer i need. i live in iowa where the weather goes from one extreme to another. i want to retain heat and ac in a sr20det swapped s14, if ac isn't possible at least i want to retain heat, just for defrost. thanks in advance guys, i know you wont let me down.

as long as your heater core lines are hooked up, you will have heat.
