Retaining ABS After 5 Lug Swap?

Ok, my question is just as the title states. Can I somehow retain my ABS after my 5 lug swap? I already did the 5 lug swap with 300zx hubs and they use a different type of pulse sensor for ABS. So I currently have a big bulky ABS unit taking up room in my engine bay and no anti skid to hear from.

Answers please??
