Resurfacing drilled/slotted rotors

One of my rotors has a slight warp in it...

can drilled/slotted rotors be resurfaced. Any difference from turning a normal disc?

They cannot be trued with most on car lathes however a AAMACO type or other heavy duty unit.......... turning SLOW with a fresh bit is fine.
