results after clutch block removal...

I just recently did the clutch block removal on my 240sx convertible and I notice that it has became softer, i had bleed it couple of times to where the brake fluid shoots out solidly. is this suppose to happen or do i need to bleed the clutch more? any info will help, thanks...

run a hose from the bleeder into a clear bottlekeep bleeding until it stops making bubbles.
