for those of you who want to cheap out on either restraints or their attatchment points I present exhibit A:

If this can happen to someone with a properly installed and fastened five poitn harness think about what can happen with your ebay four points on a piece of copper pipe screwed to your interior with wood screws

1) the guy actually lived after that accident, and raced again

2) what does that have to do with cheap restraints? he could have had a top of the line 6 point harness installed perfectly. it dosent matter with the forces of that accident. nothing is 100%.

nothing is 100% but 99% is a lot closer than 50% if that can happen to a real racing harness in a real cage with a properly trained driver imagine what can happen to mr saturday night drift and his 4 point harness on a copper pipe harness bar

EDIT: went back and edited the Original post woulda done it earlier but the other forum I normally go on limits you to ten mintues for edits didn't realize you still could here

oh hell yes, its just thats a bad example to use of the "improper" setup.
