Hi everyone,

As title implies, just wondering if anyone has a fairly effective way of removing scuff marks off the plastic interior trims. I noticed even cardboard moving boxes can leave a mark if they get rubbed the wrong way ever so slightly. Checked the forum but didn't really find any recent information.

I know this isn't anything critical but sometimes I just get fixated on the smallest things. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

Try Goo Gone (sold in plastic bottles). Don't confuse it with Goof Off (sold in metal cans) as it will damage the plastic.

Meguiar's and Mothers make some really good stuff. Stay away from Armor All products, all of their stuff.

EDIT: Did you know we have a Detailing Forum?

Thanks for the advice. Didn't occur to me to search a few levels up the message board

I like Magic Eraser for removing transfer marks.

If the plastic grain is disrupted (scratched), there's no fixing it, unfortunately. It's no different than punching a hole in it at that point.
