Fellow Q heads...

What $$$ did it take you?

I think I've got my all 94 sorted out. Here's what it took. I started with a 120K 94 with a perfect interior. The car was a city car and was joy rided once when it was stolen.

$3,900 price paid for the Dk Blue 94 in Oct 05(1,200) sold the 217K 93318 strut rods45 labor for strut rods530 Tokico Blues/upper links/stut mounts270 BBS Q wheels-totally mint340 4 Yokihoma DB2s50 FSTB525 labor for tire/wheel mounting, stuts, FSTB and upper links190 labor/sm parts for (5 hours of work!) for right front rattle180 transmission mount and labor89 transmission power flush

Total: $5,237

It is the best driving car I've ever had or ridden in. And it fits my 6'2" bone *** skinny body like a glove.

I would like to put a new windshield in and do the rotors soon. Plus have the paint "clayed" out and polished.

God damnnnnnn, I love these cars!!!

Yep, what better car can one get for the price, once restored to OEM as new specifications? Then it is better than any other sedan on the road that is less that $50K.

Jeff: You have the best looking $9k car on earth.

That thing looks *new*, I can't believe that's a 125k mile drivers seat.

Thanks. Every time I drive it, I wonder why I still drive Layla. I really believe the black leather holds up better than the lighter colors.

Some A-hole dinged my rear passenger door last Saturday at the video store. And I just had all the dings removed. I guess if the girl hadn't taken 22 minutes to ring me up, I would have avoided the ding.
