restauration for the steering wheel and leather?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I wrapped my scratched up bezel with carbon fiber and condition my leather each time I do the seats. I wonder if an interior shop could put another layer of nice leather over the existing leather and thread it nice and tight so it looks stock, just a little thicker. (If you look into that, PLEASE let us know) I would love it if our steering wheel was a little thicker.

Sooo i call the dealer and supposely the steering wheel is about 1.000$ or more, so they recommended me this place that does leather restauration and alpostery. I send some pictures of the wheel the the lady and she totally told me that i should just dye seen the leather is in good shape just the color is rubbing off, it cost me 85$ to dye it and 425$ to rap the wheel again. For now ill dye it maybe letter on if the problem persicts ill re wrap the wheel! If you take one of those nice leather covers that need to be treahted they would totally do it as well to look like the actual leather of the wheel!!!....The trim bezel cost 26.95$ in ebay so ill defenectly buy it seen is chipping off lol..... ny leather restauration place can fix that issues supposely!
