REST IN PEACE to our old buddy, Chuck Tribolet

I'm browsing the web, reading about deep lake diving and what not, and I happen to come across some info from Chuck Tribolet. I recognized his picture from the QX4 forums! I thought "whoa, cool! I'm gonna leave a comment for him"

Then I scrolled down and found some info regarding his passing. We lost Chuck Tribolet to cancer in October, 2014. He was the diver of our group. His vehicle list included 01 Pathfinder, 87 Corvette, and 98 Boston Whaler

He was always a helpful friend on our boards... heck, he was helping people out all the way up until his passing! Also looks like one of his family members used his account to give parts away for free in December.

We will miss ya buddy, have fun up there with the big guy

Chuck was even more helpful with local diver community than he was here on nicoclub. Pretty much every weekend with decent dive conditions found him down at Monterey about an hour drive from his house. A reminder to all of us to enjoy while we can.

I've been a member here for many years, and always remembered his classy and professional posts and responses.
Very helpful over the years.

He always had such helpful info and was always very friendly. Most old threads I have read for help on various issues include at least one good post by him. He will be missed.
