so after the accident i was left with a broken max. after much internet surfing i found some jdm parts on ebay cheaper then stock stuff so i decided what the hell ill do it. also took the time to do a bit of upgrading. so here is the starting canvas:

i think the rust saved the car by making the rad support fail the rest of the car stayed aligned.

new rad support, bumper reinforcement, oil cooler (for future turbo) and bumper attachment parts.new tail lights, ok i didnt need them but it makes a nice statement with the new headlights.

and the front end. i love this freakin hood.

i have my stillen chin spoiler set to go on probably today then i have to pop a few dents, maybe mess with the spoiler a bit and prep the car for paint. after a long hard thought my wife made the call. since i like the movie 300 and my ironworking crew we call ourselves the spartans for building an entire floor columns and all for a building in 10 hours the car will be spartan red with a black hood.

Nice work. Im trying to fix up the front end of my car because the previous owner must have rear ended a truck and done a very poor job of fixing it. everything is out of place. I need to replace the Rad support. how hard is it to get out? and how long did it take? Thanks.

well the rad support is welded in. i welded together a jig to hold the frame in the right spot. then i cut the damged parts off the bad rad support and welded the new stuff on. i bought a rad support off ebay and cut what i needed. took a few hours
