Well, after some consideration the Tunerz Store will be hosting meals for Friday night dinner (Meet & Greet) as well as Saturday dinner.

We also plan on having raffle drawings for some hot ticket items. The drawings will be dependent on the amount of people registered as well as the types of vehicles in the line up. So please register as early as possible and list your vehicle information to help determine the prizes.

We have secured the pavilion this year for the entire weekend. This area is a great place to chill out, eat some good food and talk plenty of shop!!

Onto the big question... How much is registration going to be?

Registration: $35 (Meal Ticket for Friday dinner ONLY & a T-Shirt)
Registration: $35 (Meal Ticket for Saturday dinner ONLY & a T-Shirt)
Registration: $50 (Meal Tickets for Friday/Saturday dinners & a T-Shirt). Please select T-Shirt size at check out. We need to get a good idea on how many folks to feed and how many shirts will be required.

Pre Registration has ended!!!!

--Meals include:
--Spaghetti with garlic bread, salad & dessert for Friday Night Meet & Greet
--Pulled BBQ pork, pasta salad, potato salad, baked beans & dessert for Saturday Dinner
--Beverage options are sweet & unsweet tea, bottled water and lemonade

Saturday Night Fireworks will be on display. Since we already have the pavilion secured, we will have up front viewing.

One registration at a time... So, if you have a wife, cousin, brother or hobo passenger, they will register separately and type "passenger" for vehicle info since the driver has already registered.

I can't express how important it is to register ASAP in order to aide us in the final details. Please don't forget to select your T shirt size and the type of vehicle you will be driving. Vehicle information will aide in deciding on what type of raffle prizes will provided.

Look forward to seeing you there for great scenery, excellent food, prizes and fabulous company......

Online Registration has ended!!

There will be limited amount of extra food on site and small amount of extra T shirts. Those registered are guaranteed food and a t shirt. Those didn't register and show up without registration can purchase meals and t shirt, if there are supplies!!!

Fyi...... One possibility for driving routes would be Wayah Rd.

It's just south of town (robbinsville) and it's basically like a mini dragon.

Also Hyw 28 from the dragon all the way to GA is pretty awesome (waterfalls)

Nice recommendation on Wayah Rd. Thanks to modern technology it looks like a great road to hit. It's looking like you're going to have company coming up from Florida. Between a thread I started on a different forum and a group on Facebook there looks to be 3 more cars coming from the sunshine state.

90% of the itinerary is set, just need to decide where the cruising will be....Less distance traveled will definitely be the idea this year.

I like the idea of less driving this year. The drive on the foothills parkway to clingmans dome and gatlinburg was great. I opted out on the biltmore estate last year because it was just too far.

Yes any input will be considered, but with that said we are running out of time quickly.

looking at Wayah Rd looks like good time.

I hear you. The first thing that comes to my mind when I see the itinerary is why go back to the dam for a group pic when we're already there on Saturday. I know the show and tell will probably be in a different parking lot than where you want to do the picture but arguably everyone's cars will already be as clean as they're going to be and we could just move to, most likely, the lower dam lot for the pic. It also frees up Sunday for people that want to drive during the day.

Does the Skyway cruise on Saturday involve the "loop"? I only ask because there's no mention of hitting the dragon as a group at all.

We can do the car show and group photo's saturday, but that will not leave much time for driving. Unfortunately we "tunerzstore" must be back to begin preparations for food and other activities that evening.

The driving can be done on Sunday since there isn't anything scheduled for that day. A Saturday trip on the dragon labor day weekend with a group of cars will probably be a bad idea as there will be too much traffic.

We can hit the dragon Saturday and drive the Wayah Rd as well or flip the script and drive saturday and have car show and photo on sunday.

I was concerned that leaving Fontana at 2 for the Skyway already didn't leave much time for driving. What do you think about doing some driving starting Saturday morning with the final stop being the dam for pictures? We drove the dragon last year on Saturday (late morning) and didn't have any issues with traffic. From there we drive back to the resort to do the show and tell next to the pavilion. The parking area that they had marked off last year would be perfect it they would let us use it. That would make it so you would already be at the resort to do what you need to do and you'd still have a leisure day for Sunday. That would allow for those of us who were fine with the amount of driving we did last year to do some more. All that said it's your show and I really do appreciate everything you're doing to make this happen.

I don't know how some will feel about having a dirty car show but maybe that can be the theme....hmmmm

I will need to call Fontana to see what kinda of parking situation there will be because of the preparation for fireworks.

So tentative changes, cruise dragon early saturday, return for pics and show, then dinner and festivities to follow.

Sunday cruise of your own choice.

Just registered 3 people and most likely another by the end of the day.

Have you contacted the Outpost Pavilion in Tellico Plains regarding our visit and a group coupon for lunch on Saturday?
