That won't do anything for you really. Get a 3" CAT, and have a muffler shop install a real striaght through resonator on your existing pipe. That will quieten your exhaust alot.

Well, then just go to a muffler shop and have them splice a large resonator in your current exhaust. The CAT wannabe resonator is worthless.

hmm i have stock turbo outlet and 3" downpipe, cat delete, and full exhaust. i think the noise level is PERFECT. it's like a kitten on the highway; nice and quiet with a great sound. when you get on it, it gets that nice sexy SR sound, and when boost comes it gets mean, but never threatens to overload your eardrums whether the windows are up or down and no matter what speed. i think with a new turbo outlet this will change, but my exhaust came with a silencer, although i'd hate to use it.

are you using the stock turbo outlet? i didn't see it in your mods section. i think the sound level is perfect. i'd be willing to bet it's below the normal 95dB legal limit, although where i live 130dB still doesn't get you pulled over. nothing will , aside from a big, smoky powerslide in front of a cop, or a big burnout. or doing 15 over on the highway.
