Resonated test pipes for s13 HS header

Where can I find a bolt-on resonated type test pipe for a s13 HS header? If I find one on my own, what size should it be to bolt-on to the header flange 2.5 or 2-1/4?

I hope you race your car alot, otherwise a test pipe just makes more noise and pollution than the power gains are worth (if there even is a power gain)

What's the cheapest cat out there with o2 bong installed/ I'm trying to save money on a custom catback, so I can spend on dyno proven higher quality parts such as intake etc.
