Ok here is my question I dunno if im posting in the right forum but if IM not I appologize. So Im looking to get some CA 370cc Injectors for my KA24E, now I know I need a resistor box or a resistor on each injectr, cause the CA ones are low impidience. Now my question is what dose the resistor do, I mean I know what a resistor dose but what dose it to to the injector whats the reson for it? Thx a lot guys.

the resistor reduces the amount of voltage going to the resistor. You can get one from a DSM/Honda and wire it up like Fiznat's writeup shows.

injectors work by having an electric current applied which causes them to open letting fuel into your engine. if you applied too much voltage you can figure what sorts of bad things could happen aside from ruining the injector.

yah hehe I started doing my HW right after I posted this which I should hvae done before I did heh. now I guess I need to find out how many volts the stock CA injectors work at and how many volts the KA injectors have so I can buy the right type of resistor heh. Il make my own box heh. Just gonna buy the stuff at radio shack :-d.

buy these. they are a direct drop into the kae fuel rail and no need to wire in any resistors since they are high impedence. i ran them on my kae just perfect. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

this is my auction by the way
