Resistor pack???

Hey guys, want to say thanks for any help in advance. I have been lookin on ebay, but with no luck.

I did a search and found out i can use the ca16 resistor(if i can find it) also i might be able to use the DSM 1st gen. but can i just buy some 6ohm dropping resistors from an electrical store and solder them in??? Does anyone kno how many watts they have to support?

I also wanted to know if anyone has a dropping resistor for the ca for sale?

the one for the sr works as well i do believe. someone around here can probably help you out..

Nissan wants $84 for the 87 ca16de dropping resistor. I might end up going for that, if i have no other choice.

SR works but requires a rewire to new connectors and everyone gouges (courtesyparts shows its like over $300 new).
