Resistor on lock actuator passanger side

Hi,

A little while back when I replaced the door locks, while checking the fit and function of the lock (locking/unlocking) I saw smoke from the passanger side door.
On closer inspection it turned out to be a resistor on the connector going from the harness into the lock actuator.

Anyone know a) where I can find this harness part ? i have asked courtesyparts and conczeptz and they couldnt help me. Nissan said I had to buy the whole actuator just to get the cable, and thats not going to happen.


b) The resistor (or I think is a resistor) is marked with "220k 0208 tdk". From what I recon this is a 220k resistor, but this is round and doesnt look like a normal resistor type.
Is it just a old design or does it do something more?
