A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

for extra horsepower you can cut the wire in your maf sensor that regulates tempature, and reatach it with a ohm resistor, but does anyone know which color wire regulates tempature, and if when you reatach the resistor if the check engine light will go away or do you have to by pass the code?

Let me first say, I have no idea about cutting wires for the MAF. But regarding your check engine, light, if you are getting usually pour gas milage, then you may need a new O2 sensor......

That modification is a lie.

Telling the temp sensor that the air coming in is colder than it actually is (which is what adding a resistor does) merely makes the ECU put a little more fuel in. More fuel does not mean more power, it just means you run richer and actually lose power and gas mileage.
