resistor in fuel plug

i was told i can increse my hp by 10% if i add a resistor to my air fuel mixture plug, is this true? if so what do i need and how do i do it? thanx

What you probably heard about was unplugging the air intake temp sensor and replacing it with a resistor. If you're really really bored or really really curious, search the board for more information. Otherwise, don't waste your time.
