resetting ECU (2001 Pathfinder)

Hi! I just had my SES come on a few days ago and took it to Autozone where they plugged in and came up with either a P1140 or P1104 (can't remember). Anyways, according to their computer, it was "water in fuel tank", so I tried some Heet....hopefully that'll absorb what's in there. My SES is still on though, and I've tried disconnecting the negative terminal overnight but it's still on. How do I reset this? Thanks!

you will most likely need a scan tool bro. i have never seen a "water in fuel" code.
