My wife's 2008 Altima coupe is displaying a notice of service needed. The oil and filter has been done recently by a dealer and I think that they forgot to reset the log. She is a low mileage driver and usually far exceeds the time before the mileage runs out.
I have read the manual and done what I think it says - Scroll the display to where it shows "RESET" and I think that I reset it, but the warning never goes away. I hate to take it to the dealer for this and would like to reset it myself.

Any ideas?

Make sure you reset both oil and filter back 0/3750. That should be the solution

Thanks 210AC, that seemed to have worked. The manual is very unclear (at least to me).
