If you want/need to do this, it's easy. Once you do it right, it takes about 15 min to complete (mainly to set the tires to the exact psi and drive around).

It's a white wire with a female connector at the end... only 1 pin out of 4 has the metal tab inside you need to ground.

It should look the same. If you notice he has removed some of the panels for access as it's not directly in plain sight. I looked for it quickly one night in my '07 sedan and didn't find it easily either. Removing some of the lower panels would help as it's supposed to be tucked up.

Thank you.

Yep, it's the same plug, taped around another connection.
I didn't have to remove any panels; by my left knee as described (under the panel).

I finally got around to buying a $20 digital air pump, set the tires to the psi as directed, grounded the connector and drove for a good 5-10 minutes.
Finally... the stupid TPMS light is out and I can now tell if my tires are low without a manual gauge.

How retarded another thing Nissan/Infiniti charges $50+ to do.

I'm getting a little tired of all these stupid fixes that require a song and dance, lol

yeah, understood. I've been too busy working on my car to fix the light on the sedan after I put my sport 19's on it. When I briefly looked for the plug I was in a hurry and scraped the idea :)

At least there is a way to do it.

It really didn't bother me until one day I checked the pressures and they were off.
Since the light was always on, the car couldn't tell me, now it can.

If you decide to do it and can't get it to flash slowly, leave it grounded and start the car on (with engine), then off.
It may give you a blinking pattern which is erratic, interpret the code if you want, then do the procedure in the link.

Don't wait when you key on (no engine), tap the wire/paper clip 5 times right away.
You'll notice the tpms light flashes slowly like before but instead of turning solid, it keeps flashing, this is when you start the engine and drive around. Eventually, it will turn off.
Top off the psi's and you're all set.
Good luck

Should not be an issue. I need to get it in for the diff fluid to be changed and a new key fob to be programmed so I may just let them do it at the same time assuming I talk them into not charging for a simple reset.

I think only a N-I owner would find the link funny.
