Reset Timing.. Having probs..

I originally took out my timing chain guides.. and had to reset timing.. I didnt do it right the first time so it threw codes for Knock Sensor and Front 02 Sensor.. Which are 33 and 34.

I reset the timing the right way by pulling the TPS and setting the right Idle.. and then Reset the ECU correctly.

I didnt have any problems untill last night after about 100 miles of driving.. and the ECU threw codes again.. I checked it and it was the same codes.. 33 and 34. Knock sensor and fron 02.

i dont know what is causing it.

Maybe something is causing timing to slip???Maybe my 02 sensor is going bad and causing knock sensor to throw codes for some reason???

Is there a way to test the 02 Sensor to see if its good or not???

Any ideas on what the prob could be??
