Most ABS-capable scanners will do work support for both operations, so DIY is possible if you have an appropriate scanner. If not, neither one is a big deal for the dealer, both ops will take 15 minutes total (including hooking up the turtle-slow Consult3+). Most dealers will try to charge you an hour just for walking in the door, and frankly you can get an ABS-capable Foxwell off Amazon or eBay for only a little more money. If you can find a fair dealer, half an hour would be a fair charge.
