Reset Instrument Cluster?? 1998 I30

I have to replace my instrument cluster....do I have to do some sort of reset to make it work correctly or show correct miles??

a dealership might be able to do that.

be sure to get back to us if the dealership can fix the miles. i would like get a set of SE gauges without messing up my miles
