How can i reset the factory memory for the tailgate of my T32 xtrail, the code B2409 half latch switch memory has been removed and this error came up and the trunk/tailgate won't open either with the cabin switch, tailgate manual switch nor the key fob.
How do i reset to the factory memory default settings for this operation.

Since there does not seem to be any 2018 shop manual available try the 2016 that is available. There should be a reset procedure outlined in the DLK (doorlock) section. It’s a pdf that is 403 or so pages, check the first page index but the locking system is discussed starting at around page 20.
