I have a 1990 N/A, just to clear it up. Im using this diagram cause its the one i found.

First off, bear with me because for some reason its hard for me to articulate what I'm trying to ask.

these are the pics I'm using for reference:

Ok, now for the questions:

1) In the picture with the colored hoses:
The FPR lines go to the PRVR solenoid. I cant see it real clear but i think the solenoid is still there on my car. so can i cap that whole system off at the FPR on the plenum?

I assume all of the green lines are the same system and associated with the carbon- canister? if so can i delete everything(hoses) and cap the dual hard-pipe line that connects the carbon canister to everything (shown in the middle of the top pic, by the EGR and AIV solenoid). Or better yet can i get rid of that hard line and cap off the pipe from the plenum below the passenger throttle-body?

2) Now I'm sure I'll search after this and find my answer, but I'll ask here as well. What is the purpose of the fuel damper? Has there been anyone to simplify that system and bypass the F.D.? I remember seeing one were a guy welded a new system, i don't quite want to do that, but i do want to make it easier to work on/diagnose/pull plenum. That whole system in the second pic, represented by #8 is what I' talking about simplifying.

That's what i got for now, Ill post more as i come to it.

This should help clear things up:

I have done the EGR, AIV, carbon canister, and PRVR deletes on my car. It's not hard...I followed the directions on Robo's guides for all of them. Carbon canister is the trickiest, because it can be hard to tell which line is which when you get to the actual canister behind the bumper. Other than that, it's a matter of unbolting things and installing vacuum caps and plugs. Make sure before you do the deletes you know what each system is for and how it works - that will help you better understand what you are doing and how to do it the correct way.

Robo's guides (his delete guides are all in the list):

I wouldn't recommend removing the fuel damper.
