SO. Recently swapped a 1993 ka24de from a wrecked 1993 SE hatch (automatic) into a 1992 hatch base 5speed chassis that was previously wired for an sr20, swapped a 5speed to the KA and installed with a 5speed ecu.
Finishing up installing the exhaust manifold, broke a stud, carefully installed it anyways with new gaskets+Liquid copper gasket. Ran fine, good torque, small amount of bogging, slight putt occasionally during accel, very quiet, very drive-able! Last night I was pulling from a stop and the car bogged terribly, and started producing a loud jetsons hover car "putt".
There was no acceleration under load, took 20 seconds 0-40, the first 10% pedal depression there was no noise and some torque, after that to WOT was bogging and putting. hesitates after depressing the gas under load, idling revs up quickly with slight lag on throttle response.

Does this sound like its related to an exhaust leak/the exhaust manifold stud?
Other info:
Been dealing with some vacuum issues recently.
You cant hear it well in the video but the intake makes a pretty vicious vacuum under throttle.
The IACV is not connected to the exhaust, have it plugged.
Recently removed both ac compressor hard lines and power steering hard lines, currently running the pumps totally unconnected to their systems. can this adversely effect timing as they are still connected to the belt system?
No reason to suspect fuel pump issue. Sometimes my dash lights dim and brighten, starts up nicely.
Thanks!
