Request to get Factory Service Manual of T12 model

1990 Nissan Maxima 2.0 GSX

Car was donated to non-profit NGO. Odometer says 186,691.2 km but I think this odometer has turned over more than once. There is an oil leak on the top of the transaxle, beside what looks like a rubber covered actuator. Otherwise, the car is in running condition.

Before I bring this to the mech, I would like to understand the situation. Requesting your help to obtain the Factory Service Manual of T12, this car has many other features that I am afraid will break down one day. I would like to be pro-active as much as possible.
