thanks for the info. I would have called the non-emergency line right away, but I was on highway 93 between I-40 and Wikieup. AKA, NOWHERE! haha. Anyway, thanks for the advice.
So, its kind of a funny story, if you forget the part where I decided to be an idiot...
As I turned off of I-40 there was an F-250 going VERY slowly in front of me (about 25ish) and all of a sudden I see the semi bearing down on me. I flash my brights a few times in the hopes that the truck will speed up with no avail. By now the semi is about a car length and a half behind me. As the pickup slowly accelerates we maintain this formation (for about 2 or 3 miles) until an early 90s Ford/Lincoln (the one that the police used) blows by us going about 90ish and that gets the truck in front moving. Finally, the semi passes me and I lose sight of him. (this whole time he was right on my bumper).
About 5 minutes later I catch up to him (the two Fords pulled off the road) and pass him. Almost immediately he speeds up and gets right back on my bumper, so I let him go by. He slows down again, so I slow down. Then he slows down even more so I pass and go back to my previous pace. By now my two brothers woke up and are getting very frustrated with the trucker.
He rides me again and I let him go and he goes for a while. He then catches up to a group of cars and slows down. When I catch up to them he pulls out and rides me again. At this point, I'm REALLY mad. And very upset that I don't have cell reception. The cars to my right are going about 60 (we've been going 75-80 most of this time) and by now I'm tired of his games so I slow down to match their pace. He flashes his brights, lays on the horn.
Anyway, we let him by and i decide that I'm just not going to get in front of him anymore. Not more than a minute later a deer pops out and runs right in front of him. He hit it dead on and almost lost control of the trailer. Anyway, he slowed way down at that point and we took off, thankful that we would not see him again.
and the moral of the story... "Karma's a *****"
