While so many companies are replicating Bride, Sparco, Momo, etc. How come I have yet to see a company replicate this seat?

Are you sure no one's done it yet? Isn't that a brand thats more popular in domestic cars? Maybe some Mustang guys might know...

Yeah, generic knock-offs usually tend to reside in the import/cheap car community. Cobra is a high end brand and usually caters to custom cars and domestics. The only import I've seen with a cobra seat is a 350z.

That being said, if you can't afford it, don't buy it. That's a very nice seat and it would still be expensive to replicate the complex shape and stitching.

Those are pretty sweet. When i typed in "misano replica seats" in google i found a link on a cobra forum to this site

I've seen that website before, and as you said, NOT EVEN CLOSE. Besides, I would love either a CF or Kevlar backing.
