Replacing water filter

I have a coolant leaking and it is coming from the water pump on my 95 J, I am thinking of replacing the pump myself. Some of the mechanics that I talked to suggested that I replace my timing belt, Cam Seals, T-Belt Tensioner, Spring - tensioner, Coolant hoses, Thermostat, and all the belts, reason being, I am already inside. I bought my J30t in 2000, used, and do not know if the belt were replaced. The car has now 123K on it. The only thing I would like to do right now is to fix the leak, for I have no $$$ for the rest to the parts. What do you guys think? and how hard is the actual job. I am a DIY mechanic but not really in this kind of repair.

Just curious, why does the title say "water filter"?

Shouldn't take more than a good solid day to get it all done.

It's reasonable. As job costs almost the same as the parts. There is high probability that the belt has not been changed. It's better to invest $200-$300, more now than take a resk of trashing the engine if the belt has not been changed. And if it tears apart the repair will be much more expensive than payint $200. My 2c

My mistake, it should be water pump instead of water filter. Thank you for all the help. I decided to take to the mechanic and let them handle the job. I bought all the parts (water pump, all belts including timing belts, tensioners) cost me about $210. The repair cost my pocket a smashing $300.00. Again thank you.
