Replacing Trailing Arm Bolts -- Anyone know the size?

Hi,

I'm about to start replacing my trailing arms (upper and lower both sides) and I read someone on here recommended to get new bolts since the ones I have will probably be rusted/broken off.

I saw these online:

However, I didnt want to wait for shipping so I was looking for somewhere local?
