Replacing Timing belt on my R33 GTS

My skyline has 77000kilometers on it and she goes through alot of abuse even though I mantain her well.Any tips while I'm in there besides drive belts?It's a series 2 motor with single turbo.Is there a key way for the cam position sensor?
