The engine is a KA24DE and I just replaced the crank seal. Now the main seal behind the flywheel is starting to leak (very slowly). I think it is caused by my recent accident that bent the cover between the trans. and where the engine mated. What is all the parts I may need to replace it and what are some of the things I need to take off to get to it. I know I have to drop the transmission and oil pan (from what I was told). But else is needed?

You need to pull the transmission, clutch, flywheel to get to the rear main seal. The engine pan, you don't really have to, just get a small flat head screw driver and be careful not to score the mating surfaces to pry the seal out.
